Patologie del gomito
Il dolore di gomito è una causa frequente di disturbo che può essere causato da diverse patologie.
Il primo step nel trattare questo disordine è effettuare una diagnosi accurata e capire quali sono le cause dei sintomi. La storia clinica assieme all'esame clinico e strumentale sono importanti per stabilire una diagnosi, in modo tale che si possa effettuare il trattamento appropriato. I principali sintomi nelle patologie del gomito sono: dolore, rigidità, instabilità e debolezza.


Di seguito sono elencate alcune delle cause più comuni dei disturbi al gomito:
  • epicondilite laterale (gomito del tennista)
  • epicondilite mediale (epitrocleite, gomito del golfista)
  • borsite olecranica
  • sindrome del tunnel radiale
  • sindrome del tunnel cubitale
  • instabilità laterale (discussa in un’altra sezione)
